                                                                                Research on application of calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker

Calcium carbide slag is industrial waste residue caused by calcium carbide in producing PVC. To use calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker instead of limestone is an important way to use calcium carbide slag synthetically. Coming along with technical development and enhancement of environment protection awareness, it is improved in techniques to use calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker. Our company has done key research on 100% usage to use calcium carbide slag to produce cement clinker and has four projects: 700t/d, 1300t/d, 2000t/d and 2500t/d.

Main character of this project is that all of the limestone that is needed in production is substituted by calcium carbide slag. This project is used for synthetically use and environment protection.
